Changing File Names is Easy
A solution to file organization is to use file names that corresponds to your particular way of thinking, but what happens when you change your mind? Smead’s Erasable SuperTab and FasTab folders make change your mind easier and neater. Just write on the erasable tab surface with a permanent marker. Then if you change your mind use a standard white eraser and voilà, it is gone. If you like using hanging folders, SMD-64031 is letter size. 6 blue, 6 green, and 6 red folders are packed to each box. If you prefer regular top tab folders, try SMD-10480. 6 blue, 6 green, 6 red and 6 yellow letter size folders are in each pack. If you want to use your existing hanging files, Smead’s 64627 1/3 cut hanging folder tabs are the answer to easily changeable tabs. Use the standard fine tip Sharpie SAN-30001 is the number for black or for an extra fine tip, use a SAN-35001. Pentel makes a great white Hi-Polymer eraser.
